Who are we?

We are the UK’s freshest and best tasting meal prep company, we are Super Lean. We offer fully customisable meal bundles and our system allows for complete freedom of choice over your diet and gives you the ability to match any macros you require.

How do I start?

Simple, just select the bundle you’d like… size matters. Pick your meals, choose your delivery date and we’ll do the rest. Order now here.

When can I start?

Straight away, we take orders 24/7, 365 days a week – we deliver twice a week on a Wednesday and Sunday. Order Today. 

Meal Questions

Who cooks my meals?

All meals are cooked to order by our award winning chefs.

Are my meals fresh or frozen?

Fresh. Meals are always sent fresh, never frozen. All of our meats are bought fresh, and our fresh meat products are completely additive free.

How long will my meals last?

We use zero preservatives or additives in our meals so currently our meals last four days from the day of delivery. However, we are currently developing a new packaging system which will allow ten days.

Do you cater to Halal?

Yes, of course. We can alter all of our meals to cater for those who require Halal meat. Just let us know in the order notes.

Can you accommodate specific allergies or intolerances

All allergens are highlighted on the nutritional information of each meal. Please check this, it’s super important. We must stress – we have a super busy kitchen and work constantly with different ingredients some of which are allergens – including nuts, dairy, gluten etc – so if you have severe allergies please contact us before ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I heat my meals in the oven?

Yes, but we don’t send the meals in oven proof dishes or provide cooking instructions for this either. You would need to transfer the meals to an oven proof container.

Subscription & Order Questions

How do I subscribe?

Simple – follow through the ordering process by hitting order now or clicking *HERE*, and select subscribe weekly at the cart page.

How long am I signing up for? What is the minimum commitment?

The minimum subscription term is only one week, and payment is made when placing your first order. Following that, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time before your order renews – you also have the ability to change your order before the order deadline for your delivery day.

How do I unsubscribe?

If you would like to pause or cancel your subscription, you can anytime before your order renews.

Nutrition Questions

More info on additives, preservatives, oils, sugars etc

While we consciously avoid preservatives and additives in our recipes, we do employ oils and sugars moderately. This approach ensures that our products maintain their quality and taste, while still adhering to our commitment to providing natural and wholesome ingredients.

Do you source your meat and veg from the UK?

We source our protein exclusively from accredited farms across the UK and EU, ensuring higher welfare standards. For our vegetables, we primarily partner with local growers, although there are a few exceptions for ingredients not naturally cultivated in the UK.

Do you offer gluten free / lactose free?

We offer a variety of dietary options to cater to all needs. You can find detailed ingredient breakdowns for each dish on our menu page.

How many calories should I eat in a day?

The easy answer to this is it depends… Everyone’s body is different and requires different levels of calories. We offer macro precise meals so that you can fit them into any diet plan.

Delivery Questions

When will my parcel arrive?

We Deliver twice a week. If you order between Monday 12 noon and Friday 12 noon, your order will be delivered on Sundays. If you ordered after Friday 12 noon but before Monday 12 noon your order will be delivered on Wednesday. We use a range of delivery options including couriers and hand delivery by our own staff – you will always receive tracking information on the day of delivery.



Currently we only deliver on Sundays for Nationwide delivery – this will be changing to two deliverys very soon.

How will my food be delivered?

Our meals are carefully packed and delivered using refrigerated vans – if your not going to be in all day, please let us know so we can make arrangements to package your meals to keep them cool for longer.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to whole of the central belt in Scotland.

Currently DPD or any other service can’t accomadate our business requirments – we are working on a solution for this and will be nationwide VERY soon.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges vary for different areas.

Our orders are all delivered by our own couriers who recieve 100% off the delivery fee.

What if I'm not home?

Please note that due to the freshness of our meals, we are unable to accept returns. If you are not available during delivery, please let us know so we can pack the meals to stay cooler longer. Our driver will follow the instructions provided on the checkout page. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, kindly specify a secure location or indicate a helpful neighbour who can receive the package on your behalf.

Will the courier call or notify me when they deliver?

Of course – all orders are currently delivered by us, we will always call if there are any issues.

Can I track my delivery?

Certainly! In the morning of your delivery, a text message will be sent to you with detailed instructions on how to receive your package.


Can I recycle the packaging?

Our packaging is designed to be curbside recyclable. This means that you can easily dispose of it in your regular recycling bin. By choosing our products, you can help reduce waste and contribute to a more sustainable future.
